Contact details are required for requesting more detailed information in connection with the report, should this be necessary. Only the Data Protection Officer will have access to the contact details. By submitting your contact details, you agree to the processing of your personal data and possible requests for additional information. The investigation will be carried out by a level superior to that of the person being the subject of the report, and the latter will not be informed of the identity of the person who submitted the report.
